Set up events and ticket types
Create an event, add ticket types with a price, a quantity and a selling window, and let your website read what is on sale.
Take payments with Stripe
Buyers pay on Stripe's hosted checkout. Money goes to the organizer's own Stripe account — card details never reach our servers.
Deliver tickets by email
Every paid order gets a confirmation email with the buyer's tickets. Orders that are never paid release their held stock automatically.
Check people in at the door
Scan ticket QR codes from a phone. Each ticket can only be used once, and staff can be given scan-only access.
Refund and reconcile
Refund an order in a couple of clicks, with an audit trail of who did what, and export sales and participant reports as spreadsheets.
Work as a team
Invite colleagues and give each one a role — owner, manager, finance, or gate staff — so people only see what they need.
